Experienced Dog Trainer
Hi, I am Katy and I offer both dog training and behavioural help. Using only positive, reward-based methods, the aim is to help improve connection and confidence between dogs and their guardians.
I am currently certified to level three, but I am working towards the level 5 diploma in Canine Behaviour with The ISCP. I am always learning and like to attend practical’s, webinars as well as completing numerous online courses. I am a member of The PPGBI and follow the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter.
I am also a qualified Pet First Aid Instructor, Canine Hoopers World Instructor, Talking Dogs Rally Instructor, Scent work Specialist and Reactive Dog Specialist.

Pet First Aid Training
I am a qualified Pet First Aid Instructor with Pro Trainings and qualified in November 2023. Prices start from £65; group discounts are available.
The following courses are available:
- Pet First Aid Level 2 VTQ
- Pet First Aid Level 3- This is both online and classroom based, both parts must be completed to achieve the full certification.
- Pet First Aid Level 3 for professionals- This is both online and classroom based, both parts must be completed to achieve the full certification.
- Pet First for children
- Security Dog First Aid, accredited by NSADU.
- Service Dog First Aid
1-2-1 Training & Behaviour Appointments
Bespoke and catered to you and your dog’s needs we can cover anything required, including:

Other Services Offered
Beginners Life skills
suitable for dogs of all ages. This is a 5-week course and held at both indoor and outdoor venues, the course includes focus exercises, loose lead walking, recall, stay/wait, mat training plus much more. £70
Step up Life Skills
suitable for dogs 6 months plus. This is a 5-week course, held at both indoor and outdoor venues, this includes more advanced exercises such as walk back, middle, twist/spin and emergency stop. £70
Canine Hoopers Level 1 Group Course (8 weeks)
This low impact dog sport is suitable for dogs over 6 months old, you and your dog will work together to navigate a course of hoops, barrels and tunnels. This course teaches you the foundations and you and your dog can work towards the progress awards £120.
Canine Hoopers 1-2-1
Private lessons are available, ideal for nervous dogs or those who can not attend group classes £20 for 45 mins.
Talking Dogs Rally Group class
A low impact dog sport, suitable for dogs/people of all ages and abilities. We cover several exercises and then put them together as a course £15 per class. For more information visit www.talkingdogsrally.co.uk
Loose Lead Workshop
During this 1.5hr workshop, we work on improving lead handling skills, lead connection and reduced pulling through a number of game-based exercises £30.
Recall Workshop
During this 1.5hr workshop, we cover engagement, and you will be equipped with the skills to recall your dog through several game-based exercises £30.
Dog socialisation groups
This is a structured class, your dog will be able to investigate different objects, textures, surfaces in a controlled environment. There is the opportunity to ask questions and allow calm interactions between dogs £15.
Scent work Course
This is a 6 week course, working on indications, passive searches and active searches. A great mental workout for your dog £90
